SARC volunteers visit each of 10 schools once a week, working with about 50 children each time. SARC also works through student volunteers in 4 colleges and 1 university. They disseminate information about violence against women and trafficking, they hold rallies and protestations to outreach local schools, takes public action on specific cases, and put women and children who need help into contact with SARC.
SARC organized a district forum against Child sexual abuse and violence against women. In this forum lawyers academicians, doctors, media persons, students, social workers, individuals and Govt. officials are active members.
