Training of Police, NGOs and Administration

Team members are frequently used as a resource person for training, especially in UP and Bihar. Some of the training is generally on women’s human rights in relation to violence and some is more about the relationship of trafficking and child sexual abuse. Members generally provide training for police and government departments. Male-staffed as well as female-staffed police stations tend to be insensitive to violence against women, still seeing the women as criminals rather than victims.
