SARC believes that financial empowerment of women is one of the essential key element to reduce domestic violence cases significantly. Hence, SARC explores and analyze the opportunities and create platform for women so that they can grab the opportunity to get trained and skilled to do vocational jobs on their own to earn money. Once the women begin earning, they become financially self-dependent which subsequently improve their self-confidence and make them capable enough to confront and stop the violence against them. SARC has arranged several part time vocational jobs for women, arranged vocational trainings and established vocational training center in the communities so far.
